Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure plan of new projects and follow up the design studio operation regularly;
∎ Assess operational needs, rooms and equipment and ensure arrangement of these on time for smooth operation;
∎ Lead research & survey and collect source of information in order to rework, evolve and advance ideas;
∎ Forecast trends and develop innovative ideas based on logical and scientific approach;
∎ Work closely with Fashion Designer to achieve the desired product design based on each buyer requirements;
∎ Conduct market & trend analysis and maintain creation of quality fashion design that suits the customers' brand;
∎ Ensure specification and development of products with the required quality standards;
∎ Create & monitor the design development collection for assigned customers;
∎ Conduct brainstorming, analyzing, designing, and generating new concepts;
∎ Lead, monitor, appraise and train up the team to achieve Departmental objective.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 37 years
∎ Previous experience of working across the European market requirement
∎ Working experience across Knit/woven products.
∎ Experience in CAD Designing & software operating
∎ Good English communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong sense of fashion and curiosity and current market knowledge.
∎ Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.
