Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE:
∎ Working with Technology Senior Leadership team to manage and coordinate external and internal partners.
∎ Driving of multiple Technology partnership initiatives such tech forums, event; and working as a project coordinator on Technology mission projects by following up and keeping stakeholders updated in time with right information.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating project (Project requirement analysis, gap analysis, regular follow up).
∎ Writing Technical and non-technical document (BRD, SRS, Prototype, MOC design, User Manual, Project Budget Document, Release Note.
∎ Maintaining coordination with Leads on mission projects overall support.
∎ Organizing meeting and communicating on the progress of the release period project goals, objectives, and testing efforts.
∎ Coordinating with different units inside ICT on strategic and administrative purpose.
∎ Organizing ICT related Event or Workshop.
∎ Prioritising issues and initiatives, preparing updates and following-up on action items, and providing reminder to senior leadership team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Project Management Tools.
∎ Experience in Prototype and MOC Design Tools: Balsamic, Pencil Sketch, Microsoft Visio, Star UML.
∎ Strong documentation and communication skills. Capable to collaborate and communicate different stakeholders' inside Ict and other programmes.
∎ 1-2 years' experience in analyzing of software or any ICT related projects.
∎ Very good understanding about need assessment and client communication. Capable to analyzing basic level problems with guidance.
∎ Understanding about Software Quality Assurance methodologies.
∎ Substantial knowledge and proficiency in automation design and analysis, planning, coordination, projects, and systems to meet deliverables aligning with future needs.
∎ Good understanding, up-to-date knowledge and experience on following technology.
∎ Coordination with programmes, set meeting, cross programme relationship, participate in testing.
∎ Expertise in writing project technical document and familiar of designing ICT projects and doing cost analysis.
