Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Preferrable Universities are DUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, SUST, MIST, AIUB, AUST, IUB, BracU, NSU, EWU.

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

• Age 35 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Must be self-driven and possess good work ethics.

• At least 3 years hands on experiences as Dy. MANAGER/MANAGER.

• Experiences in handling any Caterpillar Generator.

• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.

• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.

• Preference will be given to the Applicants having experiences in the Aluminium Manufacturing Company.

• Must have the skill on manpower management and must have huge experience and skills to deal with a huge number of factory employees.

• Must have Interpersonal skill and excellent communication skill.

• A fair command over English is essential and ability to mix up in a multicultural environment is a must.

• Must have Leadership quality and patience to listen any say of the employees. 

• Expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and your targets out of regular office hour.

• Mentality to work out of regular office time.

• To be the part of taking the special projects as and when required by the company beyond your regular job role.

• Will give the preference to those Candidates, who will reside beside the factory premises.

Job Context :          

We are looking for a pro-active, young, energetic and enthusiastic individual for our Electrical wing of Maintenance Dept. of Nikki Thai Aluminium Ind. Ltd. with a state-of-the-art setup, producing a wide range of world class Aluminium, who will work in collaboration with the Factory Personnel as well as Head Office Personnel.

Job Descriptions :          

• Operating (Gas/Diesel Generator, Compressor & Chiller etc.).

• Handling any Caterpillar generator.

• Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, steam, gas etc.) and measure units of utilities produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting.

• Monitoring and supervising all the utilities such as air compressor, diesel and gas generator, chiller, water pump, etc.

• Ensuring proper monitoring and following up routine for schedule maintenance including break down maintenance, prevent maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance.

• Estimating Electrical planning, design.

• Electrical load calculation, Cable/Circuit breaker/Distribution board/Transformer selection.

• Maintaining and troubleshooting of different kind of electrical machines.

• Developing standard operating procedure for different tasks and training the workforce accordingly.

• Proper managing of all the electrical supply systems like HT, LT, Transformers, Generators.

• Drawings/layout/estimation of temporary power and other execution of Temporary/Site electrification works.

• Dealing with the concern authority of REB, DPDC, DESCO, and BPDB for finalization of load Sanction, HT line extension, Demand note issue, meter testing and permanent HT connection etc. with entire responsibility.

• Close liaison with concern gas office for uninterrupted gas supply & others official issues.

• Leading, direct, evaluating, and developing the maintenance team to ensure that the plant meets its established targets and standards.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the superior authority/Management.
