Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintenance stock register, bin cards and ERP software entries.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.
- maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and raise requisitions for procurement.
- Reconcile physical stock with system balance on a regular basis.
- Assistant internal and external auditors with required documents.
- supervise store assistant & loaders to ensure proper load/unload and record keeping.
- Coordinate with purchase, production department for smooth materials handling.
- Arrange storing of all materials in the store maintaining compliance.
- Verify challans, invoices, purchase orders and GRNS.
- To maintain FIFO & LIFO when issuing materials.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
