Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end supply chain activities, from sourcing of raw materials to final delivery.

• Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize stock-outs while avoiding excess inventory.

• Conduct raw material supply chain capacity reviews and perform requirement planning based on production demand.

• Ensure timely material availability in line with daily and weekly production plans.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, clearing & forwarding (C&F) agents, and relevant regulatory authorities to ensure smooth import and logistics operations.

• Liaise with commercial banks for LC opening, amendments, negotiations, and realization.

• Manage product sourcing, import planning, and preparation of all commercial documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Prepare Comparative Statements (CS), cost analysis, and financial comparisons to support procurement decisions.

• Raise Purchase Orders and issue them to suppliers for local procurement.

• Follow up on purchase indents for both imported and local materials to ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted operations.

• Maintain proper documentation and records related to procurement, imports, and supply chain activities.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior/Management from time to time.
