∎ JOB PURPOSE: To develop and implement digital interventions to assist microfinance programme to optimize process, increase operational efficiency, reduce costs while ensuring programme`s long-term sustainability and establish digital ecosystem that will support microfinance clients to adapt better to the changing digital landscape of the microfinance sector.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, onboarding and implementation of Client centric App/USSD development projects through coordination among operations, IT and other stakeholders.
∎ Integration of Digital Client Services (DCS) platform with other client centric apps, roll out different digital products and services for the clients as well as digital interventions for the lead generation.
∎ Revamp of call center for special digital client services to coordinate effectively and initiate more collaboration for integration with DCS/ Operations.
∎ Collaborate with internal/ external stakeholders covering BRAC IT, BRAC Technology, RMG owners, Bangladesh Bank- Binimoy, Rocket, bKash etc.
∎ Drive and collaborate with different cross-functional teams to ensure meeting project timeline with the given specifications.
∎ Bring together relevant start-ups and to design, develop, test and refine digital solutions supported under a structured environment.
∎ Ensure regular follow up as well as effective monitoring of the on-going project operation to drive execution smoothly.
∎ Develop conceptualise pilot projects through research to pave new digital interventions within the program covering project design, budgeting, risk mapping and evaluation metrics for the pilot projects.
∎ Analyse existing processes and activities to develop and drive alternative digital interventions for smooth and efficient operations.
∎ Explore and generate insight to ensure executing right interventions for carrying out the digital payment momentum
Additional Requirements:
∎ Understanding of MF industries, Digital process, Data analytics.
∎ Effective communication, Interpersonal skills.
∎ Effective collaboration and team work and problem-solving skills
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience is required.
