∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering, major in Yarn Manufacturing Technology from BUTex/ AUST/ KUET.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To developing and implementing production plans to meet the company's production targets and customer demands.
∎ To involves analyzing production capacity, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure smooth operations and on time delivery.
∎ Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity in the spinning process.
∎ To implementing best practices, adopting new technologies, and optimizing workflows to reduce production costs and increase output.
∎ To monitoring raw material and finished goods inventory levels to avoid shortages or excesses.
∎ Coordinating with the supply chain and procurement teams to maintain a balanced inventory.
∎ To keeping track of production metrics, including output, efficiency, and downtime.
∎ Preparing regular reports for management and maintaining proper documentation of production activities.
∎ To addressing any kinds of production issues or breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
∎ To collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve technical problems.
∎ To managing production costs effectively and seeking cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety.
∎ To identifying areas of improvement opportunities in the spinning process and implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen Method) to enhance overall production efficiency and quality.
∎ To ensuring the quality of the yarn produced meets the required standards and specifications.
∎ To implementing quality control measures, conducting inspections, and addressing any issues that may affect the yarn's quality.
∎ To overseeing the production Workers, Technicians, Supervisors, Officers along with quality team.
∎ Need an innovative idea to reduce spinning wastage & reuse.
∎ Maintain sustainable yarn production with strict traceability for different standards like GOTS. OCS. GRS, RCS, Regenagri etc.
∎ Need basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
∎ To ensuring that the spinning machinery and equipment are well-maintained and in optimal working condition.
∎ To following safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment standard for all employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ At least 06 years of related experience in any large Spinning Industry
∎ Pro-active, independent, and result oriented
∎ Work in an innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
