Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement production plans to meet the targets and ensure efficient utilization of resources, including raw materials, machinery, and labor.
∎ Streamline production processes to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and increase output while minimizing production costs.
∎ Manage and supervise all production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
∎ Coordinate with department heads to streamline processes and optimize resource utilization.
∎ Implement and enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards across all operations.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational performance.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans and budgets.
∎ Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in spinning mill operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in a leadership role in spinning mill operations.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Thorough knowledge of spinning mill machinery, processes, and quality standards.
∎ Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in the textile industry.
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
