Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidates from top private and public university will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): hr analytics, HR Automation, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Payroll, Performance Management System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Steel, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Real Estate, Textile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement HR Automation in all units / concerns of Anwar Group, maintaining & issuing Log book, designing & planning HRIS module, troubleshooting and implementing all module within stipulated timeline in coordination with IT and Software vendor.
∎ Lead the HRIS project and manage employee life cycle through HRIS.
∎ Support cross functional team and leadership team with necessary reports from HRIS
∎ Ensure to prepare HR Dashboard as per schedule.
∎ Follow up HR operation & Recruitment & Payroll team to prepare different report such as Recruitment tracker, Compensation & Benefits analysis, HR Operation Dashboard etc. as and when required.
∎ Develop organizational design and development strategies based on company goals.
∎ Formulate, update and implement HR Process and policies.
∎ Do the department wise job analysis to understand productivity time to time.
∎ Lead the KPI set up, mid-year, final review and calibration process through HRIS.
∎ Support all employees of assigned departments of Head Office in setting up their numeric KPIs in Balanced Score Card Method.
∎ Conducting needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
∎ Arrange Assessment center to promote employee for different units.
∎ Cross Check Salary Sheet & Final Settlement process to make it error free.
∎ Ensure SOP of payroll process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law

Salary:
