∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA).
∎ Post Graduation Diploma (PGD) in HRM.
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA).
∎ Post Graduation Diploma (PGD) in HRM.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Specially work for Better work.
∎ Must have good sound of Better work.
∎ Practice HR, Admin and Compliance as per Bangladesh Labor Law and company internal policies.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and company objectives.
∎ Preparing the factories for facing different audits such as BETTER WORK, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, C-TPAT audit, etc.
∎ Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
∎ Take care Housekeeping properly in all over the premises.
∎ Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance obligations and ethical standards.
∎ Worker counseling, motivation & support line management for smooth work process.
∎ Check all data, records, formats, files, books & registers of all departments whether these are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per compliance requirements.
∎ Managing and coordinating organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceedings.
∎ Specially work for Better work.
