∎ JOB PURPOSE: Coordinating development of Modules, guidelines for capacity building of project staffs and stakeholders. Working in developing capacity of the staff for ensuring quality implementation.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure if any reportable incident occurs, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess the needs of the capacity building and plan capacity building interventions accordingly.
∎ Design and develop training module, manual, operational guidelines and related capacity building materials as per requirement of the programme.
∎ Organize staffs' ToT and build the capacity of master trainers, technical support specialists, and programme organizers.
∎ Designing and developing training plan/calendars, guidelines, and other related curriculum based on project needs.
∎ Develop plans based on the capacity building framework focusing individual and group needs.
∎ Training evaluation and adopting the changes as per demand.
∎ Prepare quantitative and qualitative traring reports capturing the progress against agreed work plans and learning.
∎ Provide technical guidance on capacity strengthening techniques, approaches, methodologies to promote techniques such as coaching, mentoring, community of practice or action learning etc.
∎ Assist management in preparing project plan of action and implementation guideline
∎ Monitoring and reviewing the progress of the program through support to the field level officials and discussion s with managers and evaluating program delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent in Facilitation and Capacity Building skills with proficiency of TOT/Training/Orientation designing and implementation and Module and Materials development.
∎ Knowledge in Project Planning and Implementation ,Gender and Human Rights.
∎ Strong Communication Skills, excellent in collaboration & partnering.
∎ Flexible in field visit as per project requirement.
∎ Minimum 04 years of work experience in relevant field.
