Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all project infrastructure is calculated accurately and work with cross-functional teams to acquire or build that infrastructure promptly.
∎ Work with manufacturing teams on establishing lines as per agreed timelines with the right care.
∎ Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
∎ Monitor progress, make daily adjustments as needed, and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Drive the lean production system to measure the individual performance of all operators across all shifts.
∎ Provide leadership in the day-to-day operations by aligning the cross-functional teams of the value stream to meet the current production demands.
∎ Conduct training and knowledge sharing to elevate people skills

∎ Experience in the apparel industry can be an added advantage.
∎ Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
∎ Sound managing capability.
