Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, shape organizational culture, and improve employee experience. This role will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful programs aligned with bKash’s values and strategic priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement employee engagement and org. culture shaping interventions that foster a purpose-driven workplace.
Map and improve the employee journey, leveraging feedback and data to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Design and implement “Exemplify” Projects and “be well” Projects to increase employee experience and wellbeing.
Organize company level employee events and recognition programs to boost morale and sense of belonging.
Manage new joiners’ induction program, including CHRO Connect, to ensure strong early engagement.
Contribute to HR frameworks and projects through research and collaboration.
Support in designing and implementing company-wide OD initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, leadership, culture, and engagement.
