Experience:
Master’s degree/MBA/MBM/MBS from reputed University with no 3rd division/class at any level and PGD in HRM
Minimum 15-year experience in the related field along with administrative job experience at any reputed organization/MNC. Work experience in any trade body/trade association will be treated as an added advantage.IT Skills: Competent in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Used to HR and payroll Software, fluent in writing/typing skill both in Bangla and English.

Organization: Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) is one of the largest non-profit trade organizations of the country established back in 1958. DCCI is an organization of the businessmen/entrepreneurs which plays an important role in economic policy advocacy with the Government to ensure a business-friendly environment in the country. DCCI, by its formation is a member-based organization and this prestigious organization represents more that 5000+ valued members. DCCI, since its inception, has been relentlessly working for the betterment of the business ecosystem in the country as well as it advocates for the greater interest of the business community as a whole. DCCI also acts as the key platform in arranging public-private dialogue to discuss contemporary trade and investment issues along with wide range of macro and micro economic aspects.
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
Oversee daily administrative measures, manage office disciplinary procedures, drafting various letters both in Bangla and English, prepare meeting minutes, office orders, internal memo, reports, arrange meeting and notice etc.
Oversee day-to-day general office operations; implement strict office decorum, ensuring a clean, functional, and professional working environment.
Maintain proper documentation, filing, ensure secure, accessible record keeping of important office documents, archiving both in soft and hard format.
Manage organization’s election procedures, conduct election related meetings i.e. Election Board, Election Appeal Board, prepare election budget, sending schedules/Annual Report to the valued Members, arrange Annual General Meeting/EGM.
Nominating officers to various government meetings and Committee.
Take administrative measures, punishments, disciplinary actions against any breaching of rules and regulations, office management as per Service Rule and Labor Law.
Ensure effective execution of administrative protocols, grievance control and regulatory compliance across the organization.
Coordinate, collaborate and liaison with all departments for better functioning of the office management, maintain chain of command.
Maintain Members’ database, update members’ list
Human Resource Management:
Manage employee performance evaluation appraisal like KRA, KPI, SOP and ACR reports.
Lead and supervise HR policies, strategies, succession plan including Job placement, job advertisement, CV selection, sorting, and budgeting for taking examinations, evaluation, interview arrangement and recruitment process.
Design, implement, and update HR policies in compliance with DCCI’s Service Rule and Bangladesh Labor Law.
Maintain and update employee record file along with updated and required information (both digital and physical files)
Prepare report and manage HR Committee meeting at a regular basis.
Coordinate training, capacity-building, and engagement programs for the staff.
Prepare job descriptions and specifications for the department (Job Analysis)
Prepare various HR related letters.
Coordinate with other departments for better functioning of HR activities for the organization.
