∎ Graduation in Any discipline.
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for some energetic, creative, dynamic and dedicated people as Management Trainee. (1st three Months training period, after successful completion of training will be permanently appointed to this position).
∎ Management Trainee (Accounts, Marketing, Q.C, Store, Dyeing executive).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to checking document/ instruments of the petty cash expenses, and prepare the summary for payments.
∎ Assist to establish and enforce to maintain accounting principles, practices & procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statement.
∎ Assist to process the vendor's payments in timely manner.
∎ Assist to ensure timely VAT reconciliations, payments to tax authorities.
∎ Assist to monitor & analyze accounting data and produce periodic reports.
∎ Have to visit factory to make order.
∎ Have to communicate regularly with existing and new buyers.
∎ Have to reply buyer's mail timely.
∎ Have to maintain the production report by the checking with factory.
∎ Have to check quality in knitting, finishing and every section.
∎ Have to identify the reason of fault and the remedy.
∎ Have to identify the reason of wastage and the remedy.
∎ Have to keep the in-out register in proper way. Also have to keep the stock register up to date.
∎ To issue the raw materials and accessories to knitting and finishing floor according to requisition.
∎ To Storage the raw materials separately according to Buyer, Style and work order.
∎ To be responsible for monitoring sample yarns, accessories and communicates with various suppliers basically yarn and dyeing supplier.
∎ Have to be informed the concern authorities as soon as the raw materials are in-housed.
∎ Have to check the color shade when receiving the dyed yarn.
∎ Have to maintain the raw yarn stock.
∎ Have to visit yarn dyeing factory to get update about production.
∎ Have to communicate regularly with the dyeing factory.
∎ Have to try in-house dyed yarn within short time.
∎ Have to matched color shade during the dyed yarn received with original shade.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Teamwork, problem-solving, learning agility and strategic mindset is expected for the position.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills are required.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office.
∎ Have to proficient speaking and writing in English.
∎ Must have worked for at least two years.
Salary:
∎ 12000tk/month, after permanent salary will be 15000tk/month. If there is experience, salary will be determined subject to discussion.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary will be determined every year according to performance.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2.
∎ As per company policy.
