Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ A university degree in Agricultural Science, Biological Science, Food Science

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficient supervision of the production process and lead the team to achieve the expected targets.
∎ Deploy lead and motivate the team members to achieve the key result areas of the production process.
∎ Guide production floor members to achieve the set targets
∎ Maintain records pertaining process performance such as efficiency, output. Etc.
∎ Ensure continuous & undisturbed operations of the manufacturing facility in cost effective manner.
∎ Monitor compliance on all related food safety standards while analyzing date across the board.
∎ Utilize keen analyze, insight and team approach to implement best practices to drive performance and organizational improvement and operational excellence.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 29 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills in English is essentially required.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
