Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the design, implementation, and enforcement of rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all meat processing and packaging lines to ensure uniform quality and safety standards.
Direct comprehensive internal laboratory testing and coordinate with external laboratories for microbial and chemical analysis to guarantee 100% food safety and compliance with international benchmarks.
Orchestrate both internal and external audit programs, serving as the principal liaison for regulatory and certification bodies, including BSTI and Halal agencies.
Facilitate hands-on monitoring, training of cold chain protocols, hygiene standards, and RM supplier controls across the factory floor, the Dhaka warehouse, and the entire distribution network to maximize product stability and shelf-life.
Manage and mentor the Quality Assurance teams across the factory and head office to maintain high operational excellence and organizational continuity.
