Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure proper operation of all refrigeration systems including Freon/Ammonia based Industrial Refrigeration system, HVAC, AC, Reefer Container, chillers, Cold storage/freezer, Blast freezer.
Maintenance, Troubleshoot and service of Compressor, Condenser, Evaporator and all refrigeration system.
Monitor temperature control systems and ensure compliance with product safety standards.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults in refrigeration equipment.
Ensure timely oil changing, defrosting, and system servicing.
Assist in planning upgrades or replacements of critical components.
Liaise with suppliers and service providers for spare parts procurement and technical support.
Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and adherence to company SOPs and quality standards.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Boss or Department Head.
