Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)
∎ Understand each department's (e.g. Marketing, Production) daily processes and goals
∎ Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry)
∎ Get familiar with personnel duties
∎ Participate in company's strategic planning
∎ Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
∎ Keep track of business revenue
∎ Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
∎ Create and give presentations
∎ Evaluate work output.
∎ Adhere to guidelines of formal written training program.
∎ Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
∎ Work in different departments to gain perspective, including merchandising & MCD, Production, Quality, purchasing, Compliance, Industrial Engineering, Commercial, HR & Admin departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Command in English & effective communication skills.
∎ Must be Computer knowledge: MS Office & making power point presentation as well.
∎ Dynamic, motivate, energetic, pro-active.
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Sound Job Knowledge & Stillness.
∎ Sincerity & Responsibility.

∎ Good motivational skill.
∎ Tally ERP operator will be prioritized.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
