∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Management (MBM) in HRM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involves in the Corporate and Plant HR operational issues.
∎ Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
∎ Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
∎ Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process.
∎ Any other duties assigned by superior.

∎ Age at most 30 years

∎ Good team player, well-organized and should have mentality to learn and grow.
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office.
