∎ Age 25 to 29 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in Recruitment and Selection activities for worker-level employment in the factory.
∎ Assist in organizing the personal files.
∎ Head Count and Absent Report Check.
∎ To build up smooth relationships with workers & floor staff.
∎ Identify areas for improvement in HR and admin-related activities on the floor and recommend possible solutions.
∎ Maintained HR database, prepared & issued ID cards for workers.
∎ To assist with attendance reports, leave records, salary and OT sheets.
∎ To ensure workplace safety, cleaning & hygiene matters of the factory.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Complete daily work on time.
