Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in EEE from any reputed university with proven work experience in maintenance role
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the maintenance works and ensure proper functioning of all installation and equipment of the factory
∎ Ensure uninterrupted power supply for smooth operation of the firefighting system of the factory
∎ Ensure the maintenance of Semi/Full servo type PLC based hygiene products manufacturing machine and troubleshoot PLC, servo drive and servo motor related problems
∎ Keep a historical record of breakdown and remedial actions of production machines and utilities of the factory
∎ Prepare monthly maintenance report and documents as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements
∎ Ensure routine maintenance of substation, diesel generator, air compressor and fire protection & detection system and ensure the availability of the consumables
∎ Take initiative to achieve the target for KPI improvement
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with mentioned experience
∎ Should have knowledge on PLC control and servo system
∎ Having knowledge on AC, VRF, CAPA, SAP-ERP implementation, 5S and KIAZEN will be an added advantage
∎ Strong team building, decision making and people management skills
∎ Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English
