Job Responsibilities:
∎ Machine Servicing & maintenance work of CD74, KORD, POLAR, VARIMATRIX, LACO,
∎ Speed Master-SM52,Screen printing machine & dryer
∎ Maintenance of pump , compressor & blower which is used in Heidelberg printing Machine.
∎ Lamination & pasting machine full Servicing & maintenance.
∎ LACO(varnish) Machine installation with GTO units
∎ KSBA die cutting machine installation & maintenance
∎ Ensuring TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) throughout the production floor
∎ Analyzing of daily downtime records to improve machine runtime by implementing weekly &
∎ monthly scheduled maintenance of all machines
∎ Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance
∎ requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines;
∎ following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer"s instructions, and engineering
∎ specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
∎ Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems;
∎ using precision measuring and testing instruments.
∎ Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance
∎ techniques; monitoring compliance.
∎ Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory
∎ level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying
∎ receipt.
∎ Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
∎ and trends.
∎ Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions,
∎ irregularities, and continuing needs.
∎ Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
∎ regulations.
∎ Troubleshoot, repair and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
∎ Ensure quality maintenance practices are used to allow for safe and efficient repairs minimizing
∎ downtime.
∎ Maintain Plant 5S standards in an extremely hazardous and face paced environment.
∎ Comply with LOTO procedures at all times.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
