Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have SSC with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examination

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operates canned sweet equipment and prepare good quality sweet following specified method and formulas
∎ Maintain and monitor machine to make sure it functions properly followed by SOP
∎ Understanding of how operated machine works and analyze machine operations and output if applicable
∎ Conduct quality checks periodically and ensure CIP & COP of all machineries and equipment
∎ Adjust machine as needed for changeovers, different function and also SKU change
∎ Record specified time, temperature, pressure, and volume readings

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in same sector will be given preference. Education & Age will be relaxed for more experienced candidates
∎ Knowledge on sweet recipes especially Rosogolla, Golapjam/Kalojam etc
∎ Ability to manage production and canned sweet processing
∎ Willing to work under pressure and challenging environment
