∎ Purpose of Role:
∎ The Country Product Development Manager is responsible for identifying country products needs and developing them to meet customer needs. Drive performance of product portfolio to optimize product development and drive costs down and ensure best products on market. Grow product in country and customize products to fit specific Country requirements and develop additional profitable local products that meet the needs of our customers

∎ Responsibilities & Tasks:
∎ ? Responsible for Local product and services development
∎ ? Develop local products or variations to products, potentially upon customer request in conjunction with Area/regional Product teams
∎ ? Participate in customer meetings to understand future product requirements
∎ ? Drive Country product development – Both in terms of corridors and product features
∎ ? Work with MSK procurement
∎ Cost and price locally developed services
∎ ? Cost local solutions and establish prices for services and align with MSK product teams
∎ ? Develop value propositions for new opportunities
∎ Support local sales and operations
∎ ? Support sales when customers require or is proposed locally developed solutions
∎ ? Work with customer experience to ensure customer needs are delivered on
∎ ? Develop local content for product training
∎ ? Track performance of sales team and reporting to management
∎ Who we are looking for:
∎ ? Minimum 3-years experienced in logistics business (preferable) or any other supply chain department of multinational FMCG/similar industry
∎ ? Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (both written and oral)
∎ ? In depth knowledge on Shipping, warehousing, local customs clearance, and transportation market operation.
∎ ? Expertise/in-depth in MS office application
∎ ? Dealing with ambiguity
∎ ? Strong analytical and data driven mindset
∎ ? Solid planning skills
∎ ? Ability to communicate clearly and set focus/direction
∎ ? Stakeholder management?
∎ ? Strong product knowledge
∎ Accountable for:
∎ ? Country product development and Local Services (with Product Managers signed off)
∎ ? Right pricing & products in place for SAS
