Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing and optimizing the entire production process.
∎ Planning and scheduling to quality and adherence to budget and timelines.
∎ Developing and implementing production schedule to meet deadlines and customer demands.
∎ Ensuring efficient resource allocation including materials, labor and equipment.
∎ Forecasting production needs and managing inventory level.
∎ Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and waste.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating product quality throughout the production process.
∎ Managing and motivating production staff.
∎ Collaborating with other departments .
∎ Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
∎ Promoting a safe working environment.
