Responsibilities & Context:
Overseeing and optimizing the entire production process.
Planning and scheduling to quality and adherence to budget and timelines.
Developing and implementing production schedule to meet deadlines and customer demands.
Ensuring efficient resource allocation including materials, labor and equipment.
Forecasting production needs and managing inventory level.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and waste.
Monitoring and evaluating product quality throughout the production process.
Managing and motivating production staff.
Collaborating with other departments .
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
Promoting a safe working environment.
