Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional certifications in L&D are a plus.
1-2 years of experience in L&D or HR operations
Good understanding of training coordination and logistics
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time and multitask across different L&D activities
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning operations
As an Executive – Learning & Culture, you will play a key supporting role in planning, coordinating, and delivering both training and culture initiatives across the organization. You will ensure the smooth execution of sessions and events, manage logistics, assist with content preparation, and support internal communications. By tracking participation, maintaining records, and helping communicate feedback, you will contribute to building employee skills, enhancing engagement, and supporting a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s Vision 2030.
Learning Needs Assessment & Strategy Support:
Assist in identifying organizational learning needs through data collection, surveys, and stakeholder input to support learning and culture needs analysis.
Contribute to the review and update of competency frameworks and learning objectives aligned with business goals.
Maintain and update internal documents related to competency frameworks, training calendars, and cultural initiatives.
Consolidate departmental skill requirements to support the creation of relevant development initiatives.
Program Design & Development:
Assist in developing training plans based on identified skill gaps, feedback, or performance insights.
Coordinate with HR, departmental leads, and subject matter experts to gather relevant input for shaping program content.
Prepare and maintain clear, well-organized and value adding documentation including training calendars, session schedules, content decks, and support materials.
Provide administrative and coordination support during the design phase of cultural campaigns and training events.
Training & Culture Program Coordination:
Support end-to-end coordination of training sessions, workshops, and internal culture events—including scheduling, venue booking, material preparation, and setup.
Liaise with trainers, internal facilitators, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery and engagement.
Assist facilitators during sessions and culture events to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure timely and clear communication of all activities using calendars, emailers, posters, and internal channels.
Contribute to the planning and coordination of employee engagement programs such as Grateful Week, Uni-Tee Day, and the Stand Up to Wellness Path.
Digital Learning & Platform Support:
Support the implementation and monitoring of e-learning programs across teams.
Support employees in accessing e-learning modules and navigating the Learning Management System (LMS).
Track module completion, provide summaries of learning hours, and support system maintenance in collaboration with the Line Manager.
Assist in updating training records and module libraries
Engagement & Communication Campaigns:
Assist in designing and launching internal communication campaigns to promote learning and culture programs (e.g. Company-Wide Updates Communication, Self-development challenges, Grateful Week, Uni-Tee Day).
Prepare engaging content such as posters, emailers, screen visuals, and digital banners in collaboration with the Line Manager.
Ensure consistent follow-up messaging and visibility through internal communication channels (email, posters, digital screens, Whatsapp Groups etc.).
Support awareness-building efforts by tracking participation and helping highlight employee contributions and stories.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting:
Collect, compile, and organize attendance sheets, feedback forms, and participation data for all learning and culture events.
Maintain accurate records of training hours, event participation, and feedback outcomes.
Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly summaries or dashboards used for internal reporting and continuous improvement.
Ensure timely and clear sharing of insights with relevant teams and leadership under the guidance of the Team Leader.
