Responsibilities & Context:
1. To assist Line Manager to organize, formulate and plan project wise production, analyze and review project progress to meet contract deadline.
2. To determine project/product wise costing, comparing budgeted cost & actual incurred cost.
3. To prepare project wise material’s requirement planning (consumption and purchase requirement), budgeting, and purchase requisition raising.
4. To prepare production plan, delivery plan and other relevant activities.
5. To Generate daily, monthly and early production reports, analyze gap between production plan and actual production achieved.
6. Wastage and inventory control by proper budgeting, planning and optimum utilization of materials/resources.
7. To prepare operational capacity analysis report.
8. To maintaining various MIS reports.
9. Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
