Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify the gaps, design learning scopes and formation of learning structure.
∎ Develop required training modules.
∎ Design employee learning journey.
∎ Ensure learning effectiveness and follow up/refresher in phases.
∎ Ensure continuous learning environment.
∎ Make strategy to inject learning both functional and soft skill.
∎ Drive organizational learning agenda partnering with functions
