∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Partner with category & sales to understand future needs and gaps
∎ Identify relevant training needs, documentation, and opportunities in order to create training content/materials for existing product and new product launches.
∎ Taking online training and evaluation exam.
∎ Maintain and manage training materials
∎ Apply the latest in texts, materials, teaching aids, and training techniques relevant to the organization’s and its goals and objectives
∎ Track market trends and competitive product information
∎ Train customer service, sales team and external customers.
∎ Able to deliver, motivate and mentor trainees through effective training sessions
∎ Willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
