Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Officer/Officer, HR to join our factory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth execution of daily HR operations and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. This role is crucial in fostering a positive work environment and maintaining our commitment to legal and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance tracking, and payroll processing. 

  • Assist in the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.

  • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

Compliance Maintenance:        

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment laws and regulations.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are compliant with internal and external requirements.

  • Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory bodies.

Employee Engagement:    

  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

  • Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.

  • Support employee development through training programs and performance management.

Administrative Support:      

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.

  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
