Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HR
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange all social event
∎ Maintain the company’s FB page
∎ Coordinate all issues between all departments
∎ Prepare all kinds of HR Reports
∎ Open to work on whatever related work allotted
∎ Coordinate all administrative tasks
∎ Coordination of employee transportation and logistics support
∎ Maintain Employees personal file.
∎ Proper knowledge about highly computer tools use
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent teamwork capability
∎ Self-motivated
∎ Quick learner
∎ Excellent communication skill in English and Bangla
∎ Able to work under stress
∎ Leadership capabilities
∎ Must have knowledge about updated software and tools (MS word, MS Excel, MS Access and MS office, as well as updated tools.
