Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell Medical devices to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals. The role requires strong field engagement, relationship building, product demonstration, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Medical devices to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.
Demonstrate product features and explain clinical and technical benefits to healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into confirmed sales.
Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams for product delivery, user training.
Maintain accurate Daily Call Reports (DCR) and sales records.
Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to territory growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
B.Pharm / D.Pharm or healthcare-related education will be considered an advantage.
Prior experience as a Medical Device Sales Executive, or Healthcare Sales Executive is preferred.
Candidates who have personal vehicles (motorcycles) will get preference.

Ability to explain medical devices and technical features effectively.
Good negotiation and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
