Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in HRM from any reputed University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act with recruitment & selection procedure of workers, staffs and officers
∎ Maintain HR database
∎ Prepare & issue ID cards for workers and staffs
∎ Prepare & issue increment letter, promotion letter & transfer letter to workers and staffs according to approval by the top management
∎ Maintain Bio-Metric database for insurance
∎ Prepare and issue letter for outgoing workers
∎ Proper documentation of personal file, record of employees/ staffs
∎ Ensure that attendance report, Leave Record, salary and OT sheets are prepared as per local law
∎ Prepare Salary sheet and pay slip
∎ Prepare the bills – final settlement, subsistence allowance etc.
∎ Arrange training program for workers & staffs on PPE, MSDS, salary break down, leave procedure, first aid, grievance procedure, firefighting, health & safety, compensation, benefit etc.
∎ Proper documentation of all meeting and training documents
∎ Deal with disciplinary action of employees & staffs
∎ Deal with buyers in connection with compliance issues
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, enthusiastic and result oriented
∎ Excellent presentation and reporting skills
∎ Excellent communication both in written and speaking in English
∎ Must be familiar with MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside Factory premises at own accord
