∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor proper housekeeping of production floor including all time general cleanliness.
∎ Arrange protocol for higher official delegates including arrangement of their accommodation, foods, transport and other logistic supports.
∎ Supervise the canteen, dormitory, transport facilities of the company.
∎ Look after security, safety and cleanliness of the factory and office indoor, outdoors.
∎ Arrange meeting, seminar, workshops and event management programs.
∎ Monitoring CCTV
∎ Take special care for good housekeeping and healthy environment before buyer visit/audit.
∎ Oversee & ensure safety and security of factory assets, logistics and transportation.
∎ Check fire extinguishers in a daily manner and take necessary initiative if required.
∎ Ensure that the emergency doors and stairs are clear of any blocks.
∎ Arrange for guests/ buyers entertainment.
∎ Arrange transportation for sick employees to go the Hospital.
∎ Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning and etc.)
∎ Maintain Hospitality Management like BD canteen, transportation, dormitory management and etc.
∎ Support compliance team to face audit and collaborate with external auditors when needed.
∎ Familiarity with industry practices and professional compliance standards.
∎ Any other related job(s) as assign by the management time to time

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
