Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc In CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
∎ Must be able to set and troubleshoot CCTV system, NVR/DVR, Surveillance system, PBX, IP Telephony, configure attendance machine etc.
∎ Must be able to troubleshoot all IT Equipment, solve and install any kind of hardware/software/network/windows operating system etc.
∎ Handle setting/problems of Internet, Email services (Microsoft office outlook and office 365), Router and switch, Back office and Server maintenance.
∎ Should have good knowledge of Mikrotik, Cisco, Routing, Switching & Firewall.
∎ Certified on MTCNA and CCNA will be given preference.
∎ Must be able to work under Pressure.
∎ Any other relate job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work location would be at the factory
∎ Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Smart in situation handling.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Competency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
∎ Must have good communication skill.
