Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management with Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the whole recruitment & selection process
∎ Co-ordinate with other departments for the issuance of new joiners' ID cards, Visiting Card, Create E-Mail ID
∎ Maintain coordination with internal trainers for Sales & Marketing people training both theoretical & spot /field training
∎ Maintain leave & attendance records of all the Employees through attendance software
∎ Assist in payroll process by making attendance sheet & manage the holiday and leave-related data.
∎ Prepare & update personal file
∎ Handle Accidental insurance claim
∎ Work on HRIS database in ERP Software system to keep organized, maintain & update all HRIS databases in Excel
∎ Prepare different forms, formats, notes, memos, office orders, and office circulars
∎ Compose various office letters in both Bengali & English
∎ Provide HR services to employees by issuing various certificates, i.e., Employment certificates, Experience certificates, Salary certificates, No Objection Certificates, etc.
∎ Any other tasks from time to time assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in a reputed pharmaceutical company will be an asset.
∎ Good computer knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel, and Internet correspondence.
∎ Excellent typing skills in both English & Bengali
∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner.
∎ Should be a challenge taker with problem-solving skills
∎ Must be flexible and capable to handle stress
∎ Very good knowledge of labor law.
∎ Candidate should be a career-focused, proactive, team player.
∎ Smart personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Problem-solving ability with analytical skills, and time management skills.
