Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Maintaining and Updating Employee Profiles and Database.
∎ 2. Maintaining Weekly Outdoor Programs, Weekly Reporting Files, Weekly Plans.
∎ 3. Maintaining Leave Process (Recording Employee Leaves and Absences).
∎ 4. Storing and Updating Employee Profiles and physical copies of all HR Department Files / Documents.
∎ 5. Assessing and providing timely requisitions for Office Stationary, Computer Devices etc.
∎ 6. Providing HR Services to all Employees, including: Internal Letters, Visiting Cards, ID Cards, Phone Bill Allowances, Computer devices etc. as per requirement.
∎ 7. Collaborating with Receptionist to update Weekly and Monthly Attendance Report for Head Office & Factories.
∎ 8. Supervising the upkeep and regular maintenance, cleanliness etc. of Head Office premises and equipment.
