Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and motivate a large field force of 40–50 sales professionals across Bangladesh.
Plan, implement, and monitor structured sales systems and processes to achieve ambitious targets.
Build strong relationships with regional distributors, franchisees, and retail teams.
Drive performance through strategic planning, reporting, and team development.
Creating- annually, quarterly & monthly marketing plans including: sales plans, market expansion plans, marketing plans, marketing budgets, personnel planning & other.
Setting sales, collections & expansion targets for full department and individual SBU’s including targets for each area, each outlet including wholesales, own shops, counters and modern trade) and for the respective area sales personnel.
Developing and implementing sales based commission scheme for the sales team, in collaboration with top management.
Creating and developing business terms policies, deed agreement, documents for retailers, corporate clients, dealers etc.
To take disciplinary action regarding any irresponsibility or any monthly discrepancy committed by sales personnel incorporate with Top Management & HR.
To perform any other duties/ responsibilities given by top management must be adhere.
