Responsibilities & Context:
Junior Executive needs to oversee inventory system, essential human resource functions to ensure a positive and supportive workplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Coordinating employee training programs to support skill development and professional growth.
To ensure proper inventory system full functional.
Providing assistance to employees, addressing their needs, and resolving concerns efficiently.
Fostering a supportive environment by ensuring employee mental health, well-being, and workplace security.
Managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and performance monitoring.
To complete those task provided by management.
