Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in (Mechanical or Electrical) from any Public Polytechnic Institute
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production Machine Operations:
∎ Operate the CNC Machines for Tower Production (like ADM or APM)
∎ Ensure workplace safety and machine safety.
∎ Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
∎ Ensure your workplace and machine's housekeeping issues are sorted on a daily basis.
∎ Report the Machine breakdown information to the maintenance team in a timely manner.
∎ Maintain the daily production reports and records.
∎ Liaise with the Shift In-charge (s), Planning Team, Production Manager, Quality Inspector(s), or other process owners to implement and fulfill the production target.
∎ Ensure that workplace daily house keeping issues are well taken care of.
∎ Quality Assurance:
∎ Check raw materials, purchased materials, and received materials in the factory and report to the line manager.
∎ Check the manufacturing/production process and find out the defects of the process if any.
∎ Collect the QA check sheet every day from the responsible department/section.
∎ Approve samples for every product before starting mass production.
∎ Find out the root cause of defective products along with recommendations for corrective & preventive action.
∎ Prepare different types of reports as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age upto 20 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have basic knowledge of CNC Machine Operations, Production Processes, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, and Steel Fabrication.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge of MS Office, and Auto CAD software.
∎ Must have good Communication and interpersonal Skills.
∎ Training in Welding or Machinists will add value.
∎ Must be willing to work as per the duty roster (shifting duty: normally production runs 08-hour shift basis but in case of emergency delivery, must be willing to work 12 hours/shift).
∎ Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
