Responsibilities & Context:
  • Monitor, maintain & troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access control & other network devices.
  • Configure and maintain CCTV systems (DVR/NVR), including date/time updates.
  • Manage servers including file server, database server, mail server & backup server.
  • Ensure uptime, stability & performance of the overall IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain and support desktops, laptops, UPS, network and laser printers, photocopiers, scanners, multimedia projectors, and other IT devices.
  • Troubleshoot OS (Windows, Linux and Android) issues, application errors & provide user-level support.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets, licensing, warranty and version control.
  • Provide support for Payroll system.
  • Provided end-user training and technical onboarding.
  • Set up network printers, shared drives, and provide desktop-to-desktop support.
  • Monitor internet speed, bandwidth usage, and website access using Microtek router.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, and Android environments.
  • Configure and support email systems (Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft365) and Support attendance system devices (e.g., ZKTeco, Hikvision).
  • Conduct floor visits to assist users, collect feedback, and resolve device-related issues.
  • Scheduled and organized meetings using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Skype, and Webex.
  • Monitor IT product prices and support procurement decisions.
  • Must be capable of learning new technologies, system, servers and should do R&D and testing new technologies.
  • Supported multiple office locations with consistent IT service delivery.
