Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Management from a recognized university.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 22 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Internal Audit (preferably in garments/textile industry).

• Sound knowledge of audit techniques, documentation, and compliance standards.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

• Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Individual capable to standard report preparation.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all audit-related information.

• Check and verify all kinds of requisitions, bill, voucher for ensuring the accuracy of transaction, monitoring, controlling & auditing all kinds of bill and voucher etc.

• Verify stock, cash, payroll, overtime, and other operational records.

• Physically checking and maintain register for wash, embroidery and printing send/received goods.

• Checking physically surplus/reject garments as per order completion/ shipment.

• Local purchase accompanies.

• Prepare report of short shipment, missing and recheck garments

• Conduct internal audits of various departments (store, cutting, sewing, finishing etc.) as per the audit plan and prepare report.

• Shipment duty and prepare report.

• Line wise machine inventory as required.

• Identify areas of waste and loss, and provide corrective recommendations.

• Verify the accuracy and proper authorization of purchase orders, contracts, and vouchers (Documentation Accuracy).

• Follow up on previous audit observations and monitor implementation of corrective measures.

• Assist in risk assessment and contribute to improving internal control systems.
