Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must Have Practical Knowledge to operate Payroll Software independently.
∎ Have to good knowledge about grade on the basis of salary.
∎ Provide technical support and advice in the maintenance and support of the company payroll systems encompassing areas such as salary and wage payments, deductions, time-reporting, Piece rate processes, workers compensation and related areas.
∎ Analysis and evaluation of complex technical payroll procedures, controls and information and documentation systems.
∎ To ensure payroll systems remain fully operational at key processing and reporting times.
∎ To provide technical support and advice regarding the company's current payroll systems and ensuring proper maintenance and availability of the systems.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
∎ Maintain employee records (Personal file, leave, attendance, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):HR and Payroll
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile(Those who have worked on piece rate will be given priority)
∎ Minimum 02 years in using Payroll Software in any 100% export oriented garments industry.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) application.
∎ Must have excellent typing speed Bangla(Bijoy) English both.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
