Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure employee welfare and maintain a positive working environment
∎ Communicate with workers to understand their needs and concerns
∎ Support grievance handling and conflict resolution
∎ Coordinate with HR and compliance teams for employee wellbeing
∎ Maintain records of welfare activities, leave, and maternity benefits
∎ Ensure awareness of labor laws, health, hygiene, and safety policies
∎ Assist during audits and ensure compliance with social standards
∎ Reports To: HR & Compliance Manager
∎ Responsibilities:
