Job Context:
∎ The Jr. Operational Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day business operation, Client Management, Caregiver Management, Operational Reports Preparing, Bill Preparation, and any other relevant tasks assigned by Supervisor.
∎ Function: Ensuring HCCL`s day-to-day Operations, Client Management & Caregiver Management along with any other assigned tasks.
∎ Job Location: Head Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with clients and caregivers regularly to ensure the smooth operation of HCCL
∎ Prepare monthly billing & other services
∎ Preparing the operational report whenever needed
∎ Maintaining the operational files regularly
∎ Visit the client's house/ office physically to supervise the clients and caregivers (if needed.)
∎ Keep track of clients' issues and resolve those
∎ Maintain the Clients and Caregiver Database
∎ Assist the team in the operational process
∎ Develop new notices for the clients and caregivers
∎ Develop any new formats for the operation of HCCL
∎ Assist in Internal and external audit teams. (If needed)
∎ Assist the team in Ad hoc/ assigned project tasks (if needed)
∎ Taking operation-related training of caregivers in a weekly training session.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
