Job Context:
∎ The Client Acquisition Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day business operation, Client onboarding, Lead generation, Operational Reports Preparing, Bill Preparation, and any other relevant tasks assigned by Supervisor.
∎ FUNCTION: Communicate with clients, Client onboarding, Ensuring HCCL`s day-to-day Operations, Reporting and other assigned tasks from management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer client inquiries and convert them into service sales.
∎ Prepare client lead report for the management
∎ Preparing the operational report whenever needed
∎ Maintaining the operational files regularly
∎ Keep track of clients' issues and resolve those.
∎ Maintain the Clients database.
∎ Assist the team in the operational process
∎ Develop new notices for the clients
∎ Assist in Internal and external audit teams. (if needed)
∎ Assist the team in Adhoc/assigned project tasks (if needed)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Team Player
∎ Ability to handle different stakeholders
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English Typing,
∎ Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
∎ Ability to work under pressure

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Working Days- 6 days a week (Saturday Home Office)
