Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiotherapy
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Valid license to practice as a physiotherapist in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.1. Assessment of Client's Physiotherapy Needs:
∎ As part of your responsibilities, you will conduct regular home visits for new and existing clients home following their onboarding to assess their requirements for physiotherapy services.
∎ 1.2. Development of Patient Care Plans for Physiotherapy, Consultation, and Quality Assurance // Client Service:
∎ Your role involves several crucial tasks to ensure the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services to our clients.
∎ Create assessment forms and maintain the physiotherapy-related monitoring system to guarantee clients receive standardized services.
∎ Perform initial home assessments to determine the necessity of physiotherapy.
∎ Monitor and assess the quality of work conducted by fellow physiotherapists, reviewing their work plans and generating reports to share with clients and the management team.
∎ 1.3. Develop Training Materials & and deliver Training to Caregivers
∎ In this role, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive physiotherapy training materials tailored specifically for our caregivers. Your primary objective is to ensure that caregivers acquire the necessary skills and knowledge in physiotherapy techniques. Additionally, you will deliver these training sessions to facilitate their learning process effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Valid license to practice as a physiotherapist in Bangladesh.
∎ Proven experience in physiotherapy services, with a strong understanding of assessment and treatment techniques.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Able to use Microsoft Office for preparation of reports and training materials.
∎ Compassionate, patient-centered, and dedicated to improving clients' quality of life.
∎ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Provident fund, Weekly 2 holidays

∎ Must be on site in Bangladesh
∎ Must provide evidence of Physiotherapy qualifications, experience certificates, and registration.
∎ Appointment will be on a contractual basis initially for a period of 1 year and extendable for further years on mutual agreement.
∎ 15 days annual leave non-cumulative, non-cashable.
∎ Working hours are Sunday till Thursday, full-time. We operate a 24x7 service, and like the rest of the team, the physiotherapist will also have to be available over the telephone on the weekends.
