• Diploma in any Subject from reputed Polytechnic Institutions/Others.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the Footwear/Soles manufacturing industry (DIP/Phylon/PU process) is preferred. Freshers are also highly encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong desire to learn and take initiative.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office).

Key (PVC, Phylon, PU):

• Assist the Senior Officer/Manager in day-to-day production activities in the assigned department (DIP/Phylon/PU).
• Monitor machine operations and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct in-process quality checks and maintain production records.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Troubleshoot minor production issues under supervision.

Key Responsibilities (EVA):

• Assisting in the operation and monitoring of EVA moulding Sheet/ Granules Making machines and equipment.
• Ensuring the quality and dimensions of moulded EVA soles meet technical specifications.
• Conducting timely material handling and preparing necessary compounds for production.
• Maintaining accurate daily production reports and records.
• Adhering to safety protocols and keeping the work area organised.
