Additional Requirements:
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the Footwear/Soles manufacturing industry (DIP/Phylon/PU process) is preferred. Freshers are also highly encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong desire to learn and take initiative.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office).
Responsibilities & Context:
Key (PVC, Phylon, PU):
- Assist the Senior Officer/Manager in day-to-day production activities in the assigned department (DIP/Phylon/PU).
- Monitor machine operations and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct in-process quality checks and maintain production records.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Troubleshoot minor production issues under supervision.
Key Responsibilities (EVA):
- Assisting in the operation and monitoring of EVA moulding Sheet/ Granules Making machines and equipment.
- Ensuring the quality and dimensions of moulded EVA soles meet technical specifications.
- Conducting timely material handling and preparing necessary compounds for production.
- Maintaining accurate daily production reports and records.
- Adhering to safety protocols and keeping the work area organised.
